A week passed and the advancements with the Granians and their training intensified with wonderful progress. The soldiers strained their bodies and minds with strenuous physical and mental exercises. To make it easier for those in charge, the soldiers were disbanded into groups of one hundred thousand each, totaling about five massive groups. Individuals would swap sides since each group dwelt on different training exercises. One dealt with the buildup of one’s physical strength, the second dealt with blending in with multiple surroundings/environments/biomes, and the third dealt with learning Ethisian and Granian weaponry systems and the logic behind each other’s Space Vehicle mechanisms. The fourth dealt with torture and mental strenuous activity designed to force one into silence in case the Ethisians captured and interrogated them and the fifth, which was the most crucial, involved teaching the soldiers Eneraflux. Contrary to belief, Eneraflux was a form of power only accessible to incredibly strong Granians with bodies powerful enough to handle its power. The reason why it wasn’t allowed for anyone outside that category to learn it was due to the following reasons, the first being how corruptible it was to the body. If one lucked the physical strength to handle just even a little bit of the energy, it would consume their body immediately and result in their gruesome death. The second reason, if one managed to beat the first reason, was how corruptible Eneraflux was. With so much power, one would begin thinking they had the strength to kill, enslave, and rule over the weak simply because of said strength. There were several cases of Eneraflux users using their strength to reign down terror and torment on whomever they pleased but thankfully, they were all brought to death. The third and last reason, for now, was the possibility of an entity arriving at the final state of Eneraflux; a divine-like level of strength so immense and pure that they could be compared to fictional and mythical gods. The members of the Intergalactic Council acquired that level of strength, hence why they were known as the strongest and most respected/honored in the entire known galaxy. If an entity with malicious intent were to arrive at this state, it could spell disaster for his or her enemies. To avoid those from happening, the Granian higherups opted to only teach their soldiers the defensive mechanisms of Eneraflux. Instead of making them strong enough to be nearly indestructible, they made their bodies slightly tougher to injure which would later on help in battle. This training was free for all and for that reason, it even managed to attract others who were drafted into the fighting ranks. Aside from the Granian soldiers, the Humans, and higher-ups also underwent intensive training which extended the time period from a week to the equivalent of four months in Earth’s time. Anya, Jim, Skyler, Cherry, Lord Grim, Lord Grania, One Horn, Huntress, Grand Master, the Council Members, and so many others battered their minds and bodies intensively which in return enabled them to achieve new heights of strength. The higher-ups were now at the "Legendary Tier" level in terms of Eneraflux expertise which was something to brag about. The Human Skyler was now as experienced as a "Grand Warrior’’ level Ethisian user with her strength rivaling that of Cherry. The Blood Mutants were still forbidden from learning how to harness and use the energy so instead, they worked on increasing their energy and Blood Skills which unintentionally gave them the strength that the Blood Bishop possessed when he was at the peak stages of the Blood Knight rank. If they were to verse Blood Knight Ace, it would be a guaranteed victory for them. Aside from that, the three of them exhibited signs of touching the Blood Bishop rank and managed to scratch the surface of refined Blood Cloning. Cherry, Jim, and Anya were now able to make complete clones of themselves which had the same amount of strength and skills they had. Thanks to Jim and Anya’s encounter with the Ethisian Mutants’ Blood Clone, they too learned and constantly refined said skill until they arrived at the day when it would be as easy as breathing. At the moment, they could only make one clone each and those said clones could only last ten minutes before dissolving back into their bodies. The clones weren’t made from the blood of different entities but were rather separations of the Blood Mutants and their bodies. Meaning that they were a part of their essence, and if they were to "suddenly" vanish, their strength would be halved hence the reason said clones were not able to be sustained for long periods of time. Still, that didn’t shake the Mutants for they persistently trained their bodies and minds. Using Ace’s current feats as guides and catalysts, they were able to increase their own strength quickly. Now even though all of this was happening, there remained a gnawing fear lingering in everyone’s mind. In all of those four months, the Blood Bishop himself hadn’t resurrected from his energy-depleted state. Currently, inside a cylindrical container, the Blood Bishop floated for months with his body hooked to water and supplement supplies to keep him alive. His body was constantly checked on by the higher-ups and his sister while also having machines hooked up to keep an eye on his vital organs. For a while, nothing much happened and so the Granians thought little about it. Provided the young man would resurrect before they resumed the war, they tried their best not to think too much about it. However, four months of no response brought the Granians to their senses in that they focused their time and resources on strengthening the other Mutants and Skyler instead of relying on one. They didn’t know when he’d regain consciousness so instead, they chose to forcefully make Anya, Skyler, Cherry, and Jim stronger until Ace returned. Ace’s bloodshot eyes opened wide. His breathing, which was made possible with the breathing mask on his face, intensified as his mind raced with the vivid memories of his last altercation rushing through his mind. Panicking, the Blood Bishop immediately broke through the thick glass of the cylindrical container, its green liquids spilling and splashing all over the floor. Ace gasped, supporting his body on all fours with his wet hair dripping. Pieces of broken glass pierced his hands and knees with the memory still haunting him. As his system notified him four months ago, he wasn’t able to view the battle between the Blood God and the Ethisians but he was able to view a recording that was currently playing in his mind. The pools of blood, forests of Blood Spikes, and countless bodies rocked the young man’s mind repeatedly. Not only did he see it, but he also "felt" what it was like to have so much power in one’s body while also suffering at the hands of the two Legendary Ethisians Enoris and Commander. The recording came to an end with the Blood Mutant System notifying Ace of his accomplishments. Tens of system notifications displayed before his eyes, congratulating him for his gruesome killing behavior. Still overwhelmed by all of it, the Blood Bishop slowly collected himself by getting out of the puddle. Sitting at a corner, cold, soaked, and still startled by the recordings, the Blood God began the lengthy process of going over every record, every [Level Up] notification and every notification for increased Stat points and Blood Warriors. His height and muscle structure increased to compensate for his increase in strength. Now, his facial and body structure was more suited for a Blood Bishop and for someone who had an army of over three hundred Blood Warriors at his disposal. Did I...kill that Commander fellow?’ "Blood Essence, manifest." Taken over by curiosity, the Blood Bishop summoned his Legendary Ethisian to witness what it looked like. The recorded footage didn’t do much of a good job showing him who exactly he killed, so looking at their conjured essence was better. [Enoris Level 51 has been summoned]
