[Space: Outside Planet Grania] [State: Calm but uneasy.] A simple trading ship, designed like a medical pill with a few round molds here and there left the planet with a cargo of two hundred and five Granians hiding in the bottom deck. Blending with the other items being carried, they silently and patiently waited for the pilots of the ship to take them to their desired destination. The ship made it out of the planet and was currently passing a "security checkpoint" which was a measure created by the Ethisians to capture and punish any Granian that tried to escape without their approval. At that moment, the trading ship was halted and a thorough sweep was carried out on the ship. Luckily, those given the duty to search were lazy and easily corruptible, not to forget that they were terrible at their jobs. Spending four months in deep space without having much to do other than check large ships, a task that would range from hours to minutes, was far too boring and minuscule to them which often meant half-done work. "The search is complete." The Granians breathed a sigh of relief upon learning that their ship was cleared. Now, they all waited patiently until they made it to the Middle Ring of the Akrina Galaxy. The humans, who were on the bottom deck, were robbed of the opportunity to view a glorious site. Where they were flying had hundreds of artificially built facilities that added more beauty to the already glorious site of Outer Space. Though void with nothing but an endless vacuum with clusters of stars and planets, the inhabitants who lived within the neighboring planets added their own decorations simply because they could. "We’ll be landing soon." The word was given and so, the Humans, Grim, Huntress, and One Horn prepared themselves to begin. A map was given to each one having specific instructions on where they were to go, how they were to arrive at their destination, and how they were to execute their plan. The Granians were given weapons for they, unlike the Mutants, were incapable of making their own weapons in battle. Once that was settled, they all separated and worked on their own except for Lord Grim and his mate Huntress. The reason for him tagging along was because she was close to giving birth. Her womb was close to opening soon and so, she needed the comfort and help of her mate and his protection in case something tried to endanger her life or the life of her soon-to-come child. "Be discreet. Do not draw attention to yourselves. I shall repeat one more time, we must do this as quietly as possible. Begin." Ace took the South-Western direction, Cherry took the Western direction. Lord Grim and Huntress took the North-Eastern direction and One Horn took the Eastern direction. Their trading ship remained as their base of operations and was to remain there until the others returned. Moving as quickly as possible was Ace Underwood and his sister Cherry, the Blood Mutant sibling duo. The two hadn’t gotten to their locations just yet so they ran together for a moment. Dressed in black clothing, they looked more like ninjas than covert operatives which they found rather interesting. "How about you use your army to do this thing?" Cherry sparked a conversation with her brother who remained quiet for a while. With many thoughts racing in his mind, the Blood Bishop calculated every possible scenario and judged its PROS/CONS. "You must have a large number now, right? We could add those numbers to the Granian troops present and take over the Planet." "If I wanted, I could do that," he answered, wearing a small smile on his face. However, his smile turned into a little scowl followed by a sudden turn in his tone. "but that would be a crutch for me. I want to grow strong. So strong that they’ll start comparing the Ethisian Mutants to us, not the other way round. Using the Blood Army would be easy but it wouldn’t benefit me that much." "Alright, you didn’t need to go that far with the explanation," she laughed it off. Nearly approaching their dispersion point, the girl hugged her brother and they wished each other the beast before moving on. ’She did present a good point though,’ the thought danced in his mind as he entertained it much longer than he needed to. Contemplating the possibilities, Ace weighed the PROS and CONS of using his Blood Warriors, thought it over, and then decided on what he was going to do. [Enoris Lv51 has been summoned] [Elite Warrior Class Lv6 has been summoned.] An Elite Blood Warrior formed on his left and Enoris formed on his right. Together, the three of them ran through the cluster of buildings spread before them and approached the foot of a steep mountain. In the middle of the mountain was his target, an Ethisian Command Post mounted on a flat plain with a large number of soldiers keeping guard. "According to the description given," he briefed his Blood Warriors, "this is an important mine that provides the Granians with...energy rods for their ships. Without those rods, they cannot power their fleets all at once hence the reason they didn’t attack all at once. Our mission is to take back the Mine for the Granians. You two are to discreetly make your way through the mountain pass and silently kill as many Ethisians as you can. I don’t expect this to be any trouble for you, Enoris." "No, Blood Commander. It will not be." Enoris answered with her hands clenching her battle axe tightly. The Blood Bishop looked at the Elite Blood Warrior and handed it a good amount of the Emberwyrm’s blood to make a sword. "I give you the ability to bend this blood into any weapon you choose. Now both of you, go and kill. Show no mercy.] [Blood Iron Manipulation Aspect: Activated. Your Blood Warriors have been enhanced.] Enoris, the Elite, and Ace ran up the mountain and then quickly dispersed into the darker parts which were poorly lit. Quietly, they scaled their way to the middle of the mountain and planned their way in. The Blood Warriors, upon Ace’s command, melted into puddles of blood and slipped under the cracks of the Mine’s walls. Ace, on the other hand, leaped over and used the cover of darkness to slip in and out undetected. Taking a headcount, the Blood Bishop spotted about fifteen heavily armed Ethisians moving about as they brutally mistreated the miners, forcing them to mine and attend to their needs. The miners were no bigger than a human middle schooler so their bodies were not designed to take the heavy damage inflicted on them by the Ethisians. Most of them seemed weak with bruises all over their hands, legs, and feet. A few had blood on their mouths which was an indicator of the Ethisians and their brutality. ’Let’s return the favor.’ Two Ethisians slowly walked in Ace’s general direction, unaware of the looming danger awaiting them. As soon as they got within his range, the Blood Bishop stretched his hand and controlled the Blood in their bodies, drawing them closer to him. The Ethisians struggled and tried to fight but it was their own bodies they were rebelling against. All their attempts were futile and came to nothing in the end for the Blood Bishop twisted their necks and clogged their hearts, killing them slowly and painfully. [Level 130: 617/1070>>>Level 130: 667/1070] "Blood Essence, manifest." A small issue occurred for Ace concerning the bodies. With their essence drained, the Ethisians were reduced to empty hollow shells but that could still alert the others. Ace quickly coated their bodies in his own blood and attempted a new skill that he had been "mentally practicing." One skill he liked was the Blood Fire skill which allowed him to turn his blood into a bright pink flame. Blood Fire was a subsidiary of the skill Explosive Blood Technique which he managed to learn over constant practice. Now, the Blood Bishop attempted to create another subsidiary skill from the Blood Fire Technique, one that would help him with his body problem. Closing his eyes, the Blood Bishop activated the heating agent in his blood which caused it to boil. Steam and the smell of burning iron surrounded his presence but it still wasn’t enough to get rid of the bodies. Attempting the skill one more time, he aroused the heating agent in his blood and manipulated the amount of iron in it. slowly, his blood’s pH level dropped drastically all the way to zero, turning it into an acid. [New Skill Learned: Blood Acid] [Description: Blood Acid, a skill that allows you to turn your blood into an acid strong enough to consume flesh and most metals. The more the skill is used and finessed, the more acidic it becomes.] [Congratulations. You are finally grasping the aspect of being creative with your Blood Manipulation abilities.] ’Excellent.’ Check latest chapters at 𝓷𝓸𝓿𝓮𝓵·𝓯𝓲𝓻𝓮·𝓷𝓮𝓽
