"Blood Magic; Blood Revenant." [You have bargained for three hundred Soulbound Dread Walkers.] Life giving life to the dead. Essence fusing essence into those that were once no more. Life essence fused into the bodies and blood of the dead brought them back to life, despite how misconfigured they were. Those that still had bodies were partially fused with strands of loose flesh and blood binding muscles, torn flesh, and shattered bones together. Those without bodies were stuck together with the essence of Blood Mana and Blood itself, allowing them to take back the forms they once had. In all honesty, no amount of reconstructive surgery or even prosthetics could bring these undead back to their one hundred percent normal form. They were freaks; creatures that could not be called living beings anymore. Their bodies were so mangled that their appearance really did give them the look of the undead. Intestines hanging out, brain matter attached to the wrong places, fingers mangled yet able to hold onto anything was just too horrifying for the faint of heart. Despite their undead features, these Dread Walkers all had one thing in common. Perfect eyes. No matter how destroyed their previous eyes were, they all had perfect eyeballs in their sockets yet they weren’t regular eyes. All their eyes were blood red, some even bleeding at that point and yet they all shared the same red glow with black irises and tiny white pupils. To make it more horrifying, their eyes were so deep inside their skulls that it gave them natural dark rings. If anyone were to describe these creatures in one word, it would be Death. Death certainly was present with these Dread Walkers, not only in terms of appearance but also sound. Most didn’t have proper voice boxes attached but that didn’t force them from moving the muscles in their throats to make sounds; sounds varying from croaking screeches to bellowing grunts, howls, groans, and moans. To add, the base in their voices rivaled those of any you know, almost to the point that even Ace felt it in their bones. If he wasn’t the one who summoned them, he’d certainly dread standing before them. "G-gi..ve...us...y-ou’re...cComMan...d" the one closest to Ace blurted its excuse for words with volumes of blood oozing from its mouth. The Blood Bishop, looking straight ahead at the Ethisians, lifted his hand and pointed at them. Before he even got the chance to utter his command, the Dread Walkers were already in action. For a bunch of undead, these things had speed. Their legs stretched as far as seven inches in just one step, allowing their undead bodies to reach incredible speeds. The Blood Bishop watched the trail of footsteps, blood, and guts left behind in marvelous awe, amazed by what he could do. As for the Ethisians, their awe was solely conjured from fear. Some were shaking so violently that their bodies were struggling to keep upright, let alone stay alive. These creatures, the living personifications of death, were coming at them at full speed. No plan, no strategy, just their legs carrying their bodies filled with an evil lust for flesh and blood. Immediately, the Soulbound Dread Walkers were overcome with a slight twinge of pain. Their stomachs, even though some lacked them, twisted and churned like dough in the hands of a baker with gruesome levels of bone-crushing torture plaguing the very essence they were composed of. This pain came with additional strength which turned into speed. Speed which made them approach the Ethisians. The Ethisians who were too startled to attack head-on. The more experienced fighters who had experienced the terrors of Intergalactic War aimed at the Dread Walkers immediately. The blasts from their weapons spilled the bodies all over, causing a red and black contour on the planet’s floor. As soon as the Ethisians saw the bodies fall and not get up, they grew less frightened of the Dread Walkers with their weapons unleashing everything they got. In less than three minutes, all the Dread Walkers were dead, nothing left of them other than the twice-damaged organs decorating the black surface of the Colony. <> Although he was expecting more, Gravax was nothing short of impressed by Ace’s Blood Magic. Reanimating the dead back to life wasn’t unheard of but having the chance of seeing one was as rare as finding a prehistoric Human’s bones attached to an armor stand on a planet five million light years away from Earth. <> <> Ace answered, his body still glowing with Blood Energy coursing through his veins. <> But what’s that thing said about the undead brought back to life with Magic? "Their bodies...they’re..." "Conscious. They’re fusing back together." Bone to bone, muscle to muscle, flesh to flesh. Joints to muscles, muscles to bones, bones forming skeletons, skeletons reforming back into semi-upright creatures ready to fight again. These undead were certainly not the type to die so easily and unluckily for the Ethisians, no time was allowed for them to find out what could kill them. With the strength of Blood Energy, these beings imploded any creature their fingers touched. A simple punch, kick, bite, or slap was enough to coagulate, churn, and implode the blood of their enemies, killing them all in an instant with their bodies exploding to nothing but pulps of meat, bones, and blood. Those lucky enough took safety in their facilities which, thankfully for them, were granted with high walls and thick gates. The unfortunate ones were left to fend for themselves but how do you fight an enemy that comes back to life when blown and can blow your body up with nothing but a simple touch? Google seaʀᴄh 𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭·𝔣𝔦𝔯𝔢·𝗇𝗲𝘵 This truly was something of its own caliber. An astounding feat that could not be looked over or ignored. This was just the beginning of the full extent of Blood Magic.
