[Ethisian Courthouse] A Gathering of the Allies. The leaders of the Ethisian Empire, Yrrej people, Haisojians, and the Soxan Empire remained gathered in the Ethisian Courthouse. Sealed tight, no one was allowed to move in or out in fear of "potential spies" who could leak crucial information to the Granians. While the other three allied species were only represented by their rulers and advisors, the Ethisian rulers were accompanied by their advisors and fellow governors, each having prepared their statements and plans to be followed accordingly. It has come to yours and our attention that the Granians not only pose to threaten us but our allies as well. "Our insiders have given us reason to believe that the Granians "plan" on paying visits to your colonies." "Outrageous," scoffed the ruler of the Soxans. Angrily, the being stood from its seat, its face visibly disgusted and angered. "We have nothing to do with them and they dare threaten US?" "Clearly, one does not understand how War works," the Haisojan ruler exclaimed, his hand carrying his lazy head as he side-eyed the Soxan. "When your enemy brings his friends to fight you but those said friends are slightly smaller and weaker than you, would you face them all at once or pick out the friends one at a time?" "It’s not just that," another Ethisian Governor spoke, "the Granians seem to have blacklisted you, our allies, and your allies as well. As of now, we do not know what they plan on doing but we hypothesize that they could either want to destroy them or..." "...persuade them to join their cause," the Yrrejite ruler humbly muttered, speaking in a low, gentle, and pompous tone. "It’s quite a clever tactic if you ask me. If I weren’t part of the equation, I would applaud them." The others looked at the Yrrejite in disgust, their countenances eminent with visible dissatisfaction for their ally’s comment. Still, whether they wished to admit it or not, the Yrrejite did make a compelling point. So much so that Enor, the Ethisian Emperor, agreed with them. "And that is one aspect the Granians have above us," Enor spoke, his voice so grand that it silenced the others, "Though this is a painful reminder, we are all familiar of what the Granians are capable of and what they will do to have their way, yes?" They all nodded in shame as their minds flooded with painful and undesirable memories. "Our ancestors generations before us sought to make peace with the Granian race. Several times they tried and several times they failed. Those who came before us were stupid enough to trust them even though previous interactions with the Granians said otherwise. So, is it wise for us to do as they did? Simply fight them for a moment and hope that they will stop?" "Your people have suffered the most," the Haisojan glanced at Enor with pity. It was no secret that the Ethisians had suffered more than any other race in the Akrina Galaxy at the claws of the Granians. "And that is why we plan on ending this. For good." Enor’s face shifted with a sinister smile forming on it. Like him, the other Ethisians began smiling as well, which gave their present allies feelings of unease. "How do you plan on doing so?" the Yrrejite asked. Surprisingly, they were too calm for comfort, making the others grow even more weary about them. "Like you said, generations before us have tried and failed so how do you, Great Enor, propose we stop them...for good?" In unison, everyone present turned to Enor who, in the strangest way possible, replied with the straightest face ever saying, "Extinction." Murmurs, gasps, and mumbles erupted from the allies while the Ethisians nodded in agreement. This was already discussed among themselves quite a while ago, so much so that it became the known end goal for the Ethisian race. "Extinction?" the Haisojan and Soxan rulers shouted at the same time, both slamming their fists on the platforms before them. "Extinction of the Granian race? You’re talking about accomplishing a heinous crime that will stain our names forever..." "...billions will come to hate us for that..." "Aside from that, the Yrrejite, still soft-spoken as ever, pitched in, "it’s a very difficult thing to do. None of us, or anyone else in the known Galaxy, has technology strong enough to wipe out an entire intelligent race. If the Granians were as stupid as livestock, it would be incredibly easy, but unfortunately for us, they are not." "Exactly. But please, Enor, explain to us how you plan on doing it." As the conversation ensued, one of the Yrrejite advisors whispered to their ruler a particularly interesting subject, one that excited them tremendously. As soon as the heat of the conversation died down, the Yrrejite ruler stood from their seat smiling with excitement. It then raised its hands to Enor saying, "Your Blood Mutants...." The others turned to Enor again. At first, there was a great concern about the whole "wiping out the Granian race issue" that bothered them the wrong way. However, as soon as the words Blood Mutants were mentioned, their concerns were thrown out immediately with hope taking their place. "...your Blood Mutants have the strength to take colonies for themselves with no need for any military backing. We’ve heard stories of how they destroyed millions in less than a week. With them fighting for us, your goal will be achieved, they’ll have their fill of...blood and our people won’t have to die anymore. We’ll be hitting two birds with one stone." Enor, his mate Elenor, and the Ethisian Governors all looked distraught once the picture of their Blood Mutants was added to the equation. Upon seeing this, the three allied rulers felt uneasy again. The looks on the Ethisians weren’t as promising as they had hoped. "Controlling someone with that strength cannot be done," Enor spoke. "As you said, our Blood Mutants can destroy millions in a short amount of time. With that strength, they can kill all of us before we’re ready to fight back." "We gave up our rights over them," a Governor continued, "as Emperor Enor said, they did try to kill us all. For our lives, we gave up all rights of control over them for the sake of the Ethisian Race." "For that reason," Enor continued, "they stopped taking orders from us. We’ve tried everything from begging to pleading to even offering being their subjects. They won’t take part in this War. Otherwise, if they did, the war would have already ended. And that is why we need you." This disheartening news broke the spirits of the Allied rulers. They would simply refrain from helping the Ethisians but they and their people were now targets as well, making them have no choice. To make matters worse, they were more than aware of the Granians and their four Blood Mutants, particularly the one that could raise the dead.
