You know , I love my cousins more than anything and I love them because theyre all different in their own beautiful ways but theyre also not that different either , especially when it comes to things like boys and s * x and this is something Ive only just realised after last nights dramatics at the clubhouse with Tanner . I invited my cousins , my auntie and my step mother over to my ranch today to help me decorate it for Christmas but theyve been harassing me ever since they arrived wanting to know every dirty detail , their words , not mine about what happened after Tanner chased me out of the clubhouse last night . At first , I found their questions amusing because they seemed like giddy schoolgirls eager to find out the latest gossip but now their questions are becoming annoying , especially with how sexually charged their questions are getting . Make sure you girls finish the decorating and keep it classy , please , no streamers or buntings and definitely nothing with rainbows on it I say as I put on my leather jacket . It may be cold outside but its ok , I dont really need a coat if Im just going from the house to the car and to the clubhouse , I only really need it if Im out all day . Who hangs rainbow stuff at Christmas ? Marley asks looking confused as Gabby and I share an amused look . Joshua does We said in unison . Figures that boy would Marley says and I chuckle as I bid them goodbye . 4/11 Chapter 18 How Soon Is Too S … O +10 Point : I then left my home and got in my truck before driving off to the clubhouse which was around twenty minutes away from here and at least ten of those minutes were taken up just to get off my property . When I got to the clubhouse , I got out of my truck and was greeted by some of the members who were outside smoking . Hey there queen , are you here to put the fire out ? What fire Smokey ? Vipers fire , queen Chaos , one of the younger members says whilst chuckling earning a slap on the back of his head from Smokey . ¡ *** t Smokey groaned as he glared at Chaos . His whole demeanour then changed when he looked back at me . Your boys are getting an earful in there from your auntie and Robyn Smokey said and I had to suppress a chuckle . It makes me laugh to think of three big , burly men being scolded by two tiny women . Actually , Im here to see Tanner See , I told you she was here to see Viper Chaos said in a cheery and somewhat smug tone and Smokey rolled his eyes as he muttered for gods sake under his breath . If I were you Chaos , Id stay quiet because Smokey here looks like hes ready to knock your lights out I say with a smile and Chaoss face drops . See you on the inside , guys I said as I headed inside of the clubhouse where I was greeted by the very loud and angry voices of my step mother and auntie . He looked me deep in my eyes before saying something which not only shocked me but it also made me feel happy as well to know that I wasnt the only one who felt this way . I know this seems soon , angel but I cant help how I feel and I feel like Im in love with you Really ? I ask him and he nods his head . I thought it was just me , I thought I was crazy for feeling this way Its not crazy , sweetheart , in fact , its very normal Tanner said as he gently caressed my hairline with the tips of his fingers . Its been fifteen years since I lost my mom and nine since I lost my dad Im sorry , I cant imagine losing my dad I say and he smiles slightly at me . Its ok , angel … it hurt me when I first lost them but its gotten easier over time and now its just a dull ache Tanner tells me . I was eager to ask him how they died but I didnt want to open up an old wound even if he says its not as painful for him anymore . I can see youre mind ticking away , baby … dont worry you can ask me whatever you want , I dont bite , well , unless you want me to of course He says with a smirk and I chuckle . This man isnt doing anything to help calm my libido , so I decided to help myself by taking my mind off it . How did your parents pass away ? My mom died when I was fifteen , she was killed by a prospect of a rival club who claimed he had no clue who my mom was but we finally tortured it out of him that he did in fact know 9/11 +10 Points Chapter 18 How Soon Is Too S … and he was told by his president that he would be patched in as a club brother if he killed my mom which he did but he wasnt expecting some of our men to be riding past whilst he was doing it and they intervened and stopped him from getting away Oh my god … why wou ld his president do that ? Because he was feuding with my dad at the time Tanner said with a sigh as he rested his head against his office chair . He hated my dad and hated that he had everything he wanted including a beautiful wife , a handsome son and a strong and powerful MC , so he decided to take my dad down a notch his words , not mine and he ordered for my mother to be killed … as for my father , he was so consumed with getting revenge for my mom that he made me club president when I turned eighteen and he spent the rest of his days trying to find his wifes killer who had gone MIA along with the rest of his club after they saw wh at our MC had done to his little prospect and he didnt stop until one day when he found out where they were hiding out and he killed both them and himself by blowing up their hideout What the f ** k ?. Why did he kill himself ? I ask Tanner who smiles at me . Because he couldnt live without my mom and he didnt want to live another painful day without her or at least thats what his last note to me said Thats so sad and kind of sweet in a weird sort of way I say and Tanner chuckles . Well , like I said earlier on , angel , my mom was a big believer in soulmates and I guess her relationship with my dad is proof that soulmates are real because they loved each other more than anything and they couldnt live without each other , kind of like you and me He says and I smile at him whilst trying really hard to resist the urge to roll my eyes .
