---- I was pretty sure I had not ordered one. But I had only moved here recently. How could anyone know my name and phone number? linstinctively said, "Sorry, wrong number." The woman sounded anxious. "Wait! I double- checked. This is the correct number. You didn't order the cake, but your boyfriend did. He said he was sorry and asked if you could come pick it up." I immediately knew she was talking about Jason. Achill ran down my spine. I paused for a second and said, "He's not my boyfriend. I don't want the cake. Send it back." The woman sounded quite young. She said anxiously, "The man said if I don't deliver it, Pll get a bad review. Our shop just opened. "Just tell me which building you're in, and 1'll leave it at your door and go, alright?" ---- Why was she so desperate to know which building I was in? The thought made me feel cold all over. Jason was terrifying. I tried to stay calm and said, "Miss, whether you believe me or not, the person who ordered the cake has bad intentions. He's trying to find out where I live." There was silence on the other end. Then, she frantically whispered, "He... keeps asking which building you' re in. He's saying he hasn't seen you. Does that mean he's following me? "Should I call the police for you?"
