Book Name :- One Piece : Cursed Crew ----------------------------- Seeing Ikki with his lips puckered, whistling a tune, Shiryu was completely baffled. Despite his confusion, he wasn’t about to give up his attack. He lunged forward, but every time he tried to strike, Ikki would lift his cloak in an almost supernatural way, and he would dodge the attack with an unbelievable swiftness. Just as Shiryu pulled back to prepare another strike, he felt a sudden chill on the back of his neck. He immediately recognized the feeling—it was his Observation Haki screaming at him. Instinctively, he whipped his head around. At the same moment, an arrow shot past from behind him, barely grazing his cheek. Thinking it was a sneak attack, Shiryu was taken aback when the arrow stopped in mid-air, then came for him again. With no other option, Shiryu brought his sword, Ryuma, up to block. But the moment the blade met the arrow, a powerful shockwave shot through his sword and knocked it away. All the while, the tune Ikki was whistling grew more and more lively. Ikki was using his signature move, the Whistle Arrow, a weapon from his arsenal that was both powerful and incredibly expensive to maintain. Its true strength lay in its unparalleled penetration and pinpoint control. However, controlling the arrow was hard, and Ikki was already starting to feel a strain in his mouth. If he stopped whistling, the arrow would immediately stop moving. It was a very inconvenient weapon. Not to mention, it was significantly less effective against powerful opponents who possessed Observation Haki, forcing Ikki to rely on his own raw combat power. The source of thɪs content is 𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹~𝓯𝓲𝓻𝓮~𝚗𝚎𝚝 Shiryu, who had been dodging the relentless arrow, eventually realized the secret behind its movement. The arrow only moved when Ikki was whistling. As soon as he figured it out, Shiryu dodged another shot and rushed directly at Ikki. Seeing Shiryu charging, Ikki put away his sword, Zanpakuto. After all, his main strength wasn’t in swordsmanship but in his bare-handed combat. Wrapping his arms in a layer of Armament Haki, a strange wind began to swirl around him. When Shiryu was within striking distance, Ikki put his fists together and thrust them forward. "Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist," he muttered, "Sudden...!" His words were cut short as he blurred into a streak of motion, lunging toward Shiryu. Shiryu hadn’t anticipated Ikki’s sudden burst of speed. There was no time to dodge. He could only prepare for a head-on clash. He tightened his grip on Ryuma, forcefully changed his stance, and swung his sword in a low, slashing motion. "Damn you..." Shiryu snarled, biting his cigar in half. He too moved, turning into a blur of motion. With a thunderous boom, Ikki’s right fist smashed against Shiryu’s blade while his left fist plunged straight into Shiryu’s chest. Shiryu was lucky to have his Armament Haki active; otherwise, Ikki’s punch would have torn a hole clean through him. He knew he was defeated but wasn’t ready to die. He wanted to kill stronger opponents and wasn’t about to let his life end here. But just as he started to retreat, he saw Ikki’s lips pucker again. "Shit," Shiryu grunted, his last word a curse as the whistle arrow pierced straight through his heart. Shiryu’s death was inevitable. Neither Ikki nor Ace would have ever let him live, knowing he would one day join Blackbeard’s crew. As Shiryu’s body fell into a pool of his own blood, the criminals in the surrounding cages began to cheer. They had all come to despise Shiryu, a man who, even after being captured, continued to act like he was in charge. "Shiryu’s dead! It’d be even better if Magellan died, too!" one of them shouted. "Yeah! I can’t stand that Magellan either!" another yelled. "Hey, kid! Let us out!" a third one pleaded. "That’s right! If you’re gonna go against the World Government, you’ll need all the help you can get! Let us out and we’ll help you!" Ikki ignored their pleas and turned his attention to the door. Outside, the fight between Ace and Magellan was nearing its end. All of Magellan’s attacks were useless against the Ace who had fully given in to his evil side. The Slime-Slime Fruit was a game changer. As long as the user had enough stamina, it was practically invincible. Even with Haki, Magellan couldn’t truly harm Ace, unless his Haki was as powerful as someone like Garp. Garp could now completely ignore Devil Fruit abilities. He was practically an unstoppable force. The only one who could possibly stand a chance against him would be an equally formidable wrestler. Magellan, panting heavily, glared at Ace. "You bastard... I... I won’t let... you succeed." Suddenly, Magellan’s guards, led by Deputy Warden Hannyabal, rushed over. Hannyabal looked on in shock, seeing the director bleeding and gasping for air. He knew how powerful Magellan was. "Huh? Director Magellan lost? Does that mean I’ll finally get a chance to become the head director?" Hannyabal blurted out. Magellan’s face, already pale from exhaustion, twitched with a deep scowl. "Sorry, sorry! I said that out loud!" Hannyabal quickly apologized. But despite his jokes, Hannyabal was reliable. Seeing the director defeated, he started organizing the guards to capture Ace. The first one to attack pulled out a sea stone net launcher, a weapon specifically designed to capture Devil Fruit users. Once entangled, no matter how powerful, a Devil Fruit user couldn’t escape. "Hmph!" Ace snorted. A wave of Conqueror’s Haki exploded from his body, instantly knocking out most of the attacking guards. A few mentally strong ones managed to stay on their feet. For those, Ikki simply let out a powerful Wind Dragon’s Roar, wiping them all out. Ikki walked over to the sniveling Hannyabal, activated his Sharingan, and put him under a powerful illusion, knocking him out instantly. For Magellan, Ikki simply picked up the sea stone net launcher from the ground and shot him. Magellan’s body, usually covered in a purple venom, was now revealed as the venom disappeared. Ikki stared, dumbfounded, at the purple liquid oozing out of Magellan’s butt. Magellan, seeing Ikki’s expression, immediately blushed. "What are you looking at, you idiot? Haven’t you ever seen someone shit their pants before?" "Not a tough guy like you," Ikki retorted. With Magellan taken care of, Ikki and Ace walked into Level 6 of Impel Down.
