Hearing such a strong explosion— Bryan and the noble demon turned their heads toward its direction. And because the barrier was made by him— The demon immediately realized what had happened, a deep frown dawning on his face. He asked in his head. "Don't get distracted now." The demon suddenly heard a voice in front of him! And when he looked forward— His right palm was resting against the demon's chest. The demon was baffled. His instincts screamed at him— But before he could even react— Then a crushing force erupted from Bryan's palm! The demon felt the impact explode through his chest— Like a cannon fired point-blank! His body was sent flying backward! His back crashed into the concrete wall, the ground trembling from the force. Amidst the dust and debris— -Wow, you're really strong... Stronger than the three before. The demon immediately got back on his feet—unharmed. Like nothing had happened. He brushed the dust off his clothes, his expression unfazed. "You're sturdy, huh." Bryan mumbled, observing the demon with mild curiosity. The two of them locked eyes. Neither of them moved. Neither of them spoke. The tension thickened— The demon vanished where he stood! He reappeared right in front of Bryan! His claws, surging with demonic energy, tore through the air— Aiming straight for Bryan's face! Bryan simply tilted his head to the side. Dodging it effortlessly. The demon's eyes twitched. But Bryan made it look easy. As if he had seen the attack coming a mile away. Then the demon saw it— Bryan was staring at him, his face emotionless. A crushing force slammed into the demon's body! He was flung backward—again! A powerful shockwave rippled through the area as his body collided with the wall! Dust exploded outward. Cracks spread across the concrete. And from within the cloud of destruction— This time, his expression was different. His confidence wavered. A flicker of uncertainty flashed in his eyes. Unsure of what had just happened. Bryan shrugged his shoulders. "Never seen Telekinesis Magic before?" A smirk tugged at the corner of his lips. He was a master in [Telekinesis Magic]. He didn't think that there was a need to hide it. Because Bryan was just that confident in his strength. As that was happening— "The barrier... It's starting to close..." Raye's eyes locked onto the grayish barrier. The massive hole Jerusha and Lena had created— It was slowly sealing itself back up! He said urgently, turning toward Jerusha. "Where are you headed anyway?" Jerusha asked, curious. And as Raye got into position to dash off again— "To where the Old Man and the others are." Raye mumbled that in seriousity. He kicked off the ground! His figure blurred as he propelled himself forward, vanishing into the distance. And hearing his words— Jerusha's eyes widened. Enough for her to understand what was happening! Her expression turned serious. Her resolve hardened. And with a determined look on her face— Jerusha shifted her stance, preparing to take off after Raye. 'I'm coming with you.' She said in her head. But just as she was about to soar— Jerusha heard a groan. Her gaze snapped toward the source of it. Then when she saw what was it— She was struggling, being surrounded by three demons. A demon loomed over her— She's protecting roughly 50 students within her mana barrier, so she can't cast a proper spell or fight properly! And seeing the situation Lena was in. Jerusha gritted her teeth. She also wanted to go after Raye. She wanted to assist him in whatever he was planning to do. Jerusha's fists clenched. Her breathing quickened. His figure was getting smaller. And getting farther fast. Jerusha stood still, not saying anything, with a complicated expression on her face. She just watched Raye's back. And then, resolving herself— 'I trust you, Raye. I'll leave it to you.' She declared that in her head. And with her decision set— Jerusha flew toward Lena instead! 'I'll go and help you as soon as everything here is settled!' She added internally, thinking about Raye. Jerusha landed beside Lena, her presence commanding attention! All eyes turned to her. Lena breathed out, relieved but still tense. They grinned mischievously. -Another one for us to kill and have fun with, huh? One of them sneered, stepping forward— The air around that demon was vibrating with malicious mana. She wasn't fazed at all. She confidently shut her eyes! And in the next instant— A violent gust erupted around her! The atmosphere twisted. The ground trembled beneath her sheer presence! The students were surprised, while Lena was observing silently. A different demon asked. Jerusha's eyes snapped open. And with a commanding voice— A massive gale burst forth— Like a raging storm unleashed! It blasted the demons away! Their bodies flung through the air— They slammed onto the ground, groaning in pain! And in that moment, not missing such opportunity— "Run toward the exit!" Jerusha exclaimed, her voice rang out. "Lena and I opened a path—GO TO SAFETY!" She added with urgency. The students snapped out of their stupor! And without hesitation— All of them began sprinting toward the exit— Fear gripping their hearts— But hope was igniting their will, making their bodies move! Lena looked at Jerusha. She was thankful for the help— Even though it looks just a little, it meant a lot. Moving on, looking back at her— Jerusha simply smiled and winked at Lena. A loud, heavy impact shook the ground around them. Lena's ears rang, she frowned in annoyance— And when Jerusha and Lena turned their heads— They were slowly walking toward them. They were all grinning slyly. Their presence were menacing. -That hurt a little... Grrrr... One of the demons growled. -T-The other humans are g-getting away... Kek...! Another one stammered, its grotesque face twitching in irritation. -Tch... Let's just kill these two first—then go after them. The third demon sneered, cracking its neck. The tension thickened. The ground beneath them hummed with energy. They remained still, not doing or saying anything. They glanced at each other. In unison, Jerusha and Lena nodded their heads. They turned their heads back to the demons. They silently agreed. They would fight together. They were aiming to take down the three demons. Jerusha's purple-colored mana surged. The air around her twisted—her Wind Spirit Magic whirling violently. Lena did the same—her own bluish mana crackling, sparks dancing along her fingertips. And seeing them charging for something— The three demons immediately lunged at them, attempting to stop their attacks! Their grotesque claws ripping through the air, their eyes burning with malice! The two saw them coming. So Jerusha and Lena immediately responded, they split ways! The demons were confused who to go after. And not missing that opportunity— Jerusha's gaze sharpened. And Lena immediately understood what to do. Jerusha swung her arm sideways— Then an immense tornado erupted from her hands, twisting with ferocity! The violent winds swept up one of the demons—spinning it mid-air! It didn't really hurt the demon, but now they have one less enemy to worry about. Jerusha shouted that. And waiting for her signal— Lena cast that spell as she thrust her hand forward! A bolt of blue lightning CRASHED into the airborne demon that Jerusha sent flying! A blinding explosion erupted! The demon screamed in agony as it was blasted into the ground, its body convulsing! The two demons were still rushing at them! They didn't care about their comrade that just fell! Jerusha and Lena's expressions hardened. This fight was far from over! The two prepared themselves. Jerusha and Lena were mages, all they have is their vast mana pool and strong spells. But on the other hand— Demons are known to be physically strong and very good at magic! The two of them would be in trouble if the fight will be dragged into close combat!
