[All Stats are back to their normal state.] [Your body has rejuvenated.] ’Talk about fancy,’ Ace, finding himself in a luxurious room, marveled in awe as he took in the wonderful setting of the place he was in. Not used to a lifestyle or environment such as this, the Mutant took it all in at once and started to explore what else he had at his disposal. The room was decorated with a very soft carpet on the floor, milk-white walls, and a chandelier on the ceiling with an indoor tarpaulin hanging over the soft bed he was resting on. The bed had three layers consisting of two bedsheets and a warm blanket which felt like heaven when he laid down on it. In front of him were three tables, one with fruits, another with drinks, and another with a large plate with a silver bowl on top covering its contents. ’Is this liquor?’ he wondered as he stretched to the drink’s table. Three long champagne bottles, each sizzling with fizzy green, orange, and coffee black liquids, were placed inside a bucker with ice in it next to a short glass. Out of curiosity, the Blood Bishop poured himself a glass and smelt the contests. In an instant, the Mutant’s head was sent spinning once his nose took in the scent of the contents of the bottles. However, the contents didn’t smell like any other alcoholic beverage on Earth. In fact, they smelt: ’Heavenly,’ The latest_epɪ_sodes are on_the 𝗇𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗅•𝖿𝗂𝗋𝖾•𝗇𝖾𝗍 He mumbled as he took a sip. His mouth, showered with the tiny pricks and pinches of the fizzy contents, was blessed with the rich and smooth taste of the liquid. Instantly gulping it down, he went for a second glass, then third, and fourth, until the first bottle was empty. "Who knew these Granians had such wonderful tasting stuff?" he questioned. Since his palate consisted of blood every day, it was a nice change to have something that didn’t come from a creature’s body. "Steak?" lifting the silver bowl, the Mutant looked at a serving of eight juicy pieces of rare cooked steak, their middle areas still having a little bit of blood in them. The rest of the meat was prepared skillfully and glazed with a brown, thick sauce surrounding the outside parts of his meal. After eating to his fill, the Blood Bishop tried to sleep again, even though his body had gotten the rest and rejuvenation it needed. "It was nice of these Granians to do so," he thought to himself. "but I’m more interested in starting this war and ending it...my way." [Location: Granian Mothership.] Shortly after Ace and Jim finished killing the Ethisians thrown their way, Anya, who had thankfully healed, Skyler, and Cherry, were also given similar quests to complete. The two female Blood Mutants and Skyler skillfully completed the challenges, improving their abilities while learning about the Ethisians in the process. The ones who stood out the most were Cherry, who was now in the Blood Knight rank, and Skyler, who had taken more lessons on Eneraflux from Lord Grania, Grim, and One Horn. As for Anya, she was getting suited into fighting again since she was out of commission for quite a while. Eventually, the three women managed to kill and learn more about the Ethisians before being treated to the same luxurious rooms and meals as Ace and Jim were. Once that was complete, all five of them were gathered before Lord Grania at the center of the Granian Mothership. Seated next to the Granian leader was Grim on his right hand, and Grand Master on his left. The Humans, clothed in black spandex uniforms with green trims on the legs, hands, and chests, were presented to the rest of the soldiers gathered in the ship, each one making their comments on them. "I trust that you already know what is about to happen, is that so?" Lord Grania questioned, and the humans nodded in response. "Very well then. As of now, we are already at war with our enemies the Ethisians, although it will not be long until their allies join them." "Regardless," Lord Grim continued, "it has already been brought to the attention of everyone in this room that you Mutants, and Skyler, have the strength to kill Ethisians in the Warrior Class." "However," Grand Master spoke. "neither of you are strong enough to take on any other Ethisian in any higher class. Therefore, you will all be placed at the lowest ranks of our troops and offer protection." "This isn’t to despise your strengths but rather to give you a feel of what it is like out there," Lord Grania spoke again. "The Ethisians are in the Outer Gates of the Akrina Galaxy and as we speak, they are raiding our mining colonies rapidly." "So our goal is to protect the remaining ones?" Jim asked, having grasped a few concepts of how the Granians and Ethisians fought each other." "Yes, it is," Grim answered. "Currently, those raiding the planets are in the Soldier and Warrior Class, which I am sure you are all more than capable of taking care of." "Once deployed, use whatever skill in your arsenal to kill as many Ethisians as you possibly can," Lord Grania shouted while pounding his chest. The humans remained confused because they didn’t know if he was angry, excited for war, or just simply having another random outburst. "The more you kill, the more terrified they will be." "Be warned," Grand Master spoke once more and everyone listening remained quiet. "Once the Ethisians see that we have deployed our Blood Mutants, they will deploy theirs. Whatever you do, do not dare to fight them." "They are further than you all in terms of strength, skills, and war experience." Lord Grania finalized. "If you see any of them, you have permission to bail and escape for your lives. They may only be two of them but those two have the strength to wipe out fifty of all of you...each!!" "Do any of you have questions?" None of the Humans responded, showing that they each understood their assignments. Once it was clear that they did, the Granians, accompanied by a fleet of over ten thousand ships, joined the rest of their comrades in the Outer Gates of the Akrina Galaxy for War.
