I was surprised at the lack of fear on her face since I'm sure she wasn't used to getting called to the Alpha's office . Instead , she looked calm and collected . That was until her eyes locked on me and proceeded to fill with confusion . I stood up and offered her my chair which she thanked me for . Her soft voice was like a caress against my skin and had all tension leaving my body . I couldn't wait to get her out of here . After taking her seat , she nodded her head in respect to Alpha David and asked , " How can I help you , Alpha David ? " " Now that is how you greet your Alpha , " I pointed out to Stephen . Ray gave me a small smile before turning her attention back to Alpha David . " Alpha Xander here has decided that he'd like for you to go live in his pack .
