A Wall of Blood, standing at over twenty feet, surrounded the Blood Bishop and the Elite Ethisian; two foes refusing to give up easily without a fight. The Wall of Blood, in all of its splendor and horrific nature, spun at an incredible rate with parts of its inner section hardened, giving it a sharp texture. Overshadowing the Elite Ethisian, the Wall of Blood started to mess with it psychologically, tricking it into thinking that it would be able to push through without facing any repercussions. However, the Ethisian learned the hard way, having lost flesh on both arms with every attempt it made. Now that it was wounded and bleeding, it was time for the final attack. The attack that was going to end the Ethisian’s life for sure. This was what Ace had planned and envisioned; thinking, hoping, and praying that it would work out in his favor. With stubbornness and pride resting in its chest, the Ethisian looked at the Wall of Blood, more specifically at the afterimages of the Blood Bishop running circles around it... literally. "Do your worst, Mutant," it screamed, the swirling sounds of the blood wall deafening its voice, but it didn’t care. "I’M NOT AFRAID OF YOU AS YOU THINK!!" "You should be," appearing above the Elite Ethisian was a large, Blood Mutant head formed from the coagulation of blood. The head flowed and shook with the blood as it looked down on the Ethisian. Still refusing to give up, the Ethisian painfully removed two of its scales from its back, using them as tiny shards sharp enough to, hopefully, pierce the head. "I’LL END YOU HERE MYSELF, MUTANT!! YOUR TRICKS AND HABITS DON’T WORK ON ME!!" It roared, its voice barely noticeable at this point. Outside the wall, others stood clear from it, not wanting to get themselves involved with whatever or whoever created it. This included the other seven Elites who were currently preoccupied with the Upper Grade Blood Warriors belonging to the Blood Bishop. With the way it spun and the fact that it kept growing taller and thicker, it struck fear and caution in the hearts of those who laid their eyes on it, so that the Blood Bishop would only have to deal with the Elite without having to worry about anyone or anything else. The Blood Mutant head screeched, falling on the Ethisian at tremendous speed and force. The two forces collided, one being far stronger than the other, which was weakened at this point. Not letting up yet, the Ethisian used its shards to pierce the head’s sides and then pushed back with its strong arms. The battle turned into one of strength. Ace versus the Ethisian. Bishop versus Elite. Who of the two was the strongest? And who was going to walk away with their lives? "Tch...I’m not...AFRAID....I’m not...AFRAID...I’M...NOT...AF-RAID..." Repeating the monologue to itself only enraged and amused the head, making it inflict even more damage on the Elite. From the wall struck three large Blood Spikes, each piercing both its thighs and the surface of its chest. Still, the Elite stood firm, unwavering from the crushing pressure of the Blood Head. Yet again, another set of three spikes pierced its body, going through both its shoulders and its back. The Ethisian laughed, in pain. It stood firm, in pain, refused to move nor give up, and looked straight at the head with delight, pride, stubbornness...and pain. "I admire your determination, Ethisian," the five voices echoed again, but this time they came from the head. A more frightening thing to note was that the voices didn’t belong to Ace. The Ethisian already learned the Human’s voice and speech pattern so it was able to tell that this...the person speaking wasn’t the Mutant. "but your strength is nothing compared to mine." From the sides of the head came multiple tendrils, each hardened at the tip and thinned to the point where they’d slice a hair strand that dared as much as fall on it. Letting up one large scream, the head roared at the Ethisian as the tendrils repeatedly pierced every part of the Elite’s body, inflicting multiple wounds, specifically to its head and chest. The crushing weight of the head and piercing force of the tendrils ravaged the Ethisian while sucking the energy out of it. Then all of a sudden, the Ethisian stopped pushing back against the head, already giving up at this point. Upon seeing this, the head opened its mouth wide and began to suck every last drop of blood from the Ethisian. The creature’s body was sucked dry like a thirsty pre-school child drinking a juice box, making sure to leave nothing behind and since that was its motive, two larger tendrils appeared and cracked the Elite’s body in half while the head sucked out every...last...drop. Rewards will be given at the end of current situation you are in] The head disappeared but the wall was still present. From it emerged the Blood Bishop, his eyes glowing as furiously as the aura around his body. His hair blew with the wind as he looked down on the Ethisian’s split body. [Hemo-Conjuring Skill: Activated] [Congratulations: You have acquired a new Ranked Blood Warrior] [Blood Warrior Rank: Elite Warrior Lv6] [Blood Iron Manipulation Aspect: Activated] [Your Blood Warrior has been reinforced.] The Ethisian’s body restructured itself together, its essence shifting its composition from an ash-gray to a ruby-red crimson texture. Its appearance changed from an Ethisian with scales, to a Blood Warrior with an armor set, glowing pinkish eyes, and a Blood Weapon made from the Emberwrym’s blood. "System, how come the other Ethisian’s ranks are always reduced but this one isn’t?" he asked. [The Other Ethisians did not put much of a challenge for you and therefore were stripped of their ranks. In contrast, the Elite Warrior Ethisian pushed you to new levels of strength and therefore got to keep its rank.] Ace admired his newest soldier’s composition, its body standing with a majestic crimson gradient. The energy alone coming from its body was immense, powerful enough to overwhelm those who would be too weak to stand before it. What was more interesting was the power level the Elite Blood Warrior possessed, having half the strength the Emberwyrm had. [Blood Beast Ember Rank: Level 12] [Blood Warrior Rank: Elite Warrior Lv6] Now that he got a feel of what it was like having an Elite Blood Warrior in his ranks, it was time to test it out and see how strong it would be on the Battlefield. Lowering the Wall of Blood, the Blood Bishop stepped out with the Blood Warrior following him. Looking at his new Warrior, he touched its arm and commanded it saying, "I give you the power to manipulate the Emberwyrm’s blood into any weapon of your choice." It nodded in response, still waiting for the Mutant’s command. Together, Ace and the Elite Blood Warrior charged at the other seven which were partially exhausted. Now the odds were in his favor for his newest Blood Warrior injured the Elite Ethisians faster than the others, even faster than Ace. Its agility, strength, and reinforced body gave it an advantage over its former comrades and one of those advantages was fear. "Soldier, put down your weapon. You’re meant to be attacking the Human, not us." One of the now seven Elites begged, fearing for its life while fighting against its own comrade. Thinking that it was simply covered by Blood, the Elite Ethisian had no knowledge that its comrade was now under Ace’s command, taking orders from no one but him. "CEASE THIS ACTION IMMEDIATELY," another appeared by its side, raising its weapon as high as it could before slamming it on its comrade. However, it was left stunned and marveled by the Elite Blood Warrior which was now wielding two weapons at once, having created another from the Blood its master gave it. "It no longer takes orders from you," Ace threateningly mocked the Ethisians, approaching them with his eyes glowing. Now that he had gotten an understanding of the Elites and the way their bodies worked through his Elite Blood Warrior, the Blood Bishop attempted his Blood Manipulation abilities and hoped that they would work as he planned. [Blood Control Skill: Activated] With his hand stretched, Ace began to manipulate the blood within the Ethisian, feeling it coursing through its veins. He now felt in complete control, having a better chance at pulling it off than before. Quickly, he ran at the Ethisian which was kept in place, its muscles held down by the painful weight of all the blood clotting in its legs. As soon as the Mutant approached it, it attempted to swing at it, only for its arms to be held back by the Elite Blood Warrior. [Pulse Breaker Skill: Activated]
